Fast Five with Zoe, our Account Manager

In this month’s Fast Five we introduce you to the brains trust that manages all of our accounts at Curran Plumbing, Zoe our Account Manager. We hope you enjoy getting to know a little bit about Zoe below.

What do you like best about working in plumbing and with plumbers?

“When I got this job, I knew nothing about plumbing. I though it was pretty straight forward but in the last year I realised huge problems might have the simplest solutions and something that seems very minor can turn into a huge job. It definitely pays off having great technicians who are trained to deal with all kinds of situations as it makes everybody’s job easier. No two days are the same and I like to be kept on my toes.”

 What initially got you into Account Management?

“I studied accounting when I was younger. I always liked numbers so I decided to go to TAFE and see if I could get a career out of it now that I’m older.”

 Zoe’s best tips for working as an Account Manager

“Being organised and not letting things pile up. If there is something that you don’t particularly like doing get it out of the way first.”

 What do you like outside of work?

“Reading, travelling and cooking for my partner and our friends. I love all kinds of animals and will hopefully have a couple of dogs very soon.”

 What three words would your friends and family use to describe you?

“Optimistic, fun and reliable.”
